The significant energy savings that could be achieved with the new equipment presented was one of the attractions of Girbau’s stand.
The group’s commercial division also presented the new ED series (ED260, ED340, ED460, ED660) of Ecodryer dryers (from 10,5 kg to 37 kg capacity), which incorporate the latest technology in order to achieve lower energy consumption and increase performance in what is one of the most costly processes in laundering. Also on display in Texcare were the Series 6 washers, the high production Compact flatwork ironing system and the PB/PBP wall-type strap ironers with new features that increase the efficiency and quality of the ironing.

According to Jordi Bosch, International Sales Director, "the show has been a success both in quantity and quality of visitors, and in terms of turnover"
"In the current situation, in which businesses need to achieve the maximum return possible, energy savings that have an impact on the profit and on the environment, plus an improved management of the laundry in general, is what clients are really demanding. Quality, reliability and productivity are key parameters, but they make no sense without tools for savings and management,” says Toni Rubies, the Girbau Group’s Sales, Marketing and Services Vicepresident.
The group's President, Mercè Girbau views this year’s Texcare positively "because it allowed us to consolidate and strengthen contacts with different growth markets where Girbau is working."
